2019 was certainly a year for Precedence Health Care! As well as the exciting journey from cdmNet to Inca, we have grown substantially inside and out.

We are excited to tell you that we are continuing to develop Inca by adding features and functions to improve your experience on the platform and make sure your time is well spent.

Since our relaunch in August, we have continued to improve the performance of the platform by enabling faster load times when searching for a provider. We have also added the ability to easily add/change members of the care team when editing the care plan.

So, what can you expect to see in 2020?

There are many new features being rolled out in the early new year. The biggest of which is the ability to save a care plan as a template. This will give you the ability to create your own library of customised templates

We are confident that 2020 is going to be another exciting year for Inca and are excited to continue on that journey with you.
