Whats new in Inca?

We are pleased to announce some exciting new updates to our Inca platform.
 
From Monday the 19th of October you will see some additional clinical dashboards to the patient overview page. 

Patient Profile

We now include a patient profile which highlights any changes to BMI, Hospitalisation Risk and CVD Risk that require attention.


The patient profile also includes the status of any GPMP's and TCA's including upcoming reviews

Clinical Analysis

Based on data from your Practice Management Software (PMS), Inca will now notify you of any eligible Health Assessments that can be performed. 


The Clinical Analysis section also informs you of certain clinical data fields that are missing from your PMS.

 Risk Stratification Tool (RST) Update

Also from Monday 19th you will now be able to view the regular GP when running the report of your at-risk patients.
 

The RST identifies patients in your clinic that are at risk of hospitalisation within the next 12 months.

Using the RST, your team can make data-driven decisions about the preventative interventions needed to keep patients well, happy and out of hospital.
