Here’s what’s new.

Introducing the Risk Stratification Tool (RST).

The Risk Stratification Tool identifies patients in your clinic that are at risk of hospitalisation within the next 12 months.

The RST Extension is located in your existing Precedence Connector and can be configured using your Inca login details

This update is available immediately.

What are the benefits?
  • Analyse patient data
  • Identify patients most at risk of hospitalisation
  • Use data to stratify patients into tiers of care based on their risk
1. Configure RST Extension
  1. Navigate to extensions via the Precedence Connector
  2. Select configure next to the Risk Stratification Extension and enter you Inca username and password
  3. save
2. Generate Potential Patients List
  1. Via the Risk Stratification Extension, select potential patients…
  2. You will be prompted to select the location to which the final list will be saved
  3. Select save to start the risk stratification process
3. Review Potential Patients List

Access the potential patients list via your saved location to view report
