Here’s what’s new.
Introducing custom care plan templates.
We’ve listened to your feedback and have added the option to create and save custom care plan templates.
From 19/02/20, you will have the ability to save any care plan as a template.
What are the benefits?
- Build a library of custom templates to suit different health conditions
- Use customised templates in conjunction with Inca templates
- Choose to share custom templates with your practice colleagues
How do you access this feature?
- Edit a ‘Care Plan’ with your customised goals and tasks.
- From the care plan page, select the ‘Save as Custom Template’ button
