Precedence Health Care has been the market leader in digital health management solutions for primary care for over a decade. Since the company was founded in 2007 we have always operated under the belief that:
Improvements in patient outcomes are best achieved when healthcare providers are aided by digital technologies, not overwhelmed by them.
cdmNet was the first of it’s kind in Australia, and remains the market leader today. It was designed to simplify the management of complex patients across the care continuum and introduced the concept of digital care planning to the Australian health care market. Over the last decade, the use of cloud based digital technologies had only just begun to surface in primary care, which unfortunately caused hesitation in the adoption of cdmNet by the market.
Fast-forward to 2019 and a tech-ready market is now looking for solutions like cdmNet to lead a push towards a better connected and integrated health care system. With this shift, Precedence identified that it was a perfect time to reimagine cdmNet and present it to the market with improved functionality and a new identity.
After completing significant market research over the last 12 months, we identified key areas of cdmNet that required rethinking. The feedback we received suggested that there was a need for a more intuitive, easy-to-use platform that had all of cdmNet’s functionality but presented in a simpler interface.
The Inca Integrated Care Platform addresses these needs by providing a simplified interface that boasts guided workflows and prompts, improved user customisation and faster page load times. With these enhanced functions, we are confident that Inca will help you deliver the following outcomes:
- Better patient outcomes and improved patient satisfaction
- More time with patients and less time on admin
- Better connected care teams
One of the challenges of the brand update was to create a name and logo that accurately represents not only where the product is today, but how it will evolve overtime.
Inca streamlines the words integrated care, which is at the core of what the platform does.
The Inca hummingbird is often considered as a symbol of hope and vitality. Swift and agile, hummingbirds have an anatomical advantage that allows them to easily perform unconstrained manoeuvres that are quick and precise. A visit from a hummingbird is also a reminder to focus on positivity and lightness in life.
We are confident that Inca will fulfil our commitment of delivering the most innovative and versatile digital health management solution and we are excited to embark on this journey with you.
Welcome to the next generation of integrated care.
