Resetting Passwords – A new easy way!

If you have forgotten your cdmNet password there is now a new and easy way to retrieve your login details. Go to cdm.net.au and complete the following steps:

  1. Click on Problems logging in?

  1. Verify your account by entering in your cdmNet username, email address or mobile number.
  2. cdmNet will automatically send you an email or an SMS with a link and instructions on how you can set a new password.

If you are unsure of your username, email address or mobile number registered on cdmNet, please contact cdmNet support.

Passwords in cdmNet must:

  • Be a minimum of 8 characters in length
  • Contain at least one letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one symbol (such as !@#%)
  • Not contain your username
  • Not contain your first name or last name
  • Not contain the word password

Please note, if multiple individuals share the same email address or mobile number with you, you will be required to contact cdmNet support to verify your details and reset your password.
