Precedence Health Care holds regular cdmNet training sessions over webinars (web-based seminars or other presentations that take place on the Internet, allowing participants in different locations to see and hear a presentation and ask questions).
cdmNet training covers the following topics:

- cdmNet for Practice Managers
- cdmNet for Allied Health
- cdmNet for advanced users (General Practice only)

How to register for cdmNet webinars
To attend a webinar, participants need to be sitting in front of a computer connected to the Internet that has speakers and a microphone, or have a telephone, preferably with a loudspeaker function for hands free use.
Pre registration is required and is done by following the link located in the webinar information page (listed in the calendar of webinars). This will take you to the Cisco Webex website, where, after clicking “Join as a participant” you can enter your details to register.
Once your registration is processed, you will receive an email confirming your registration and dial-in information.
Note: check spam/junk folders in your email client as sometimes these automated emails may end up there depending on your security settings.
How to login to cdmNet webinars
Step 1: Click the link in your invite email
This will take you to the Cisco WebEx web page.
Step 2: Click “Join as a participant”
Click on the “Join as a participant” link at the top of the web page that opens in your browser.
Enter your name, and optionally your email address.
Please note: The log in details on the initial page are only for the meeting leader.
Step 3: Set up your audio
Click “Audio Conference”
If you are using
- Computer speakers and microphone: select “Use computer for audio“
- Telephone: enter the number you would like to be called on, click “Call me“. You will then receive an automated call, placing you into the webinar
